Terms of Service

Welcome to Guhit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guhit mobile application ("the App") and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Guhit is a social augmented-reality drawing app for Android. You can create 3D artwork anchored in the real world, save it on your device, and optionally publish it to a public feed where other users can view, like, comment on, and experience it in AR.

2. Accounts

• You need a Google account (or email sign-in) to use the App.
• You must choose a username; usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive content.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Guhit.

3. Your content

• You own the artwork, photos, captions, and comments you create ("Content").
• By publishing Content, you grant Guhit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service so other users can see and interact with it.
• Drafts stay on your device and are not uploaded until you publish them.
• You can unpublish or delete your Content at any time from your profile; deletion removes it from our servers.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Guhit to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or infringing on others' rights. Don't spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Be careful and aware of your surroundings while drawing in AR — do not use the App while driving or in unsafe locations.

5. Moderation

We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Photos and camera

The App uses your camera to power AR. Photos you take within the App are saved to your device and only uploaded when you attach them to a published post. You are responsible for what your photos capture — respect other people's privacy.

7. Disclaimers

Guhit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that Content will be preserved indefinitely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use Guhit after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
